What Promo Codes Are

Promo codes at SpinGenie are short text codes you enter to unlock a specific offer. The offer can be a deposit bonus, free spins tied to one slot, a cashback boost, or a wager-free token if SpinGenie runs that format for a campaign. Each code comes with fixed terms: an expiry date, an eligible payment method list, a minimum deposit, and a wagering rule.

SpinGenie ties most promo codes to one of two actions: new account sign-up or deposit. A sign-up code applies once per account and stops working after registration is completed. A deposit code applies only when the deposit meets the minimum amount and uses an eligible method (for example, card deposits may qualify while some e-wallet deposits do not for a given campaign).

Where To Find Them

SpinGenie publishes promo codes in places that allow tracking and time limits: the Promotions page in your account, email newsletters, and push notifications if you enable them. Affiliate pages and stream sponsorships also distribute codes, but you still need to check the in-casino promotion description to confirm the exact terms before depositing.

If you already have a code, verify it matches your account status. SpinGenie blocks some codes for existing players, blocked jurisdictions, or accounts with incomplete verification. When a code is restricted, the cashier typically rejects it immediately rather than applying a reduced bonus.

How To Activate Them

Log in, open the Cashier, choose Deposit, and pick your payment method. Enter the promo code in the field labeled Promo code (wording may also appear as Bonus code), then press Apply before you confirm the deposit. If the code is valid, SpinGenie shows the bonus details in the deposit summary; if it is not, the cashier returns an error like “invalid,” “expired,” or “not eligible.”

After the deposit, open Bonuses (or My bonuses) to confirm the bonus is attached and to see the wagering target and expiry
